This service includes a comprehensive evaluation to look at your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, cravings, social impacts, exercise level, previous attempts at weight reduction and your weight loss challenges. We will discuss your goals and expectations of a medical weight loss program, order lab work, conduct a physical exam and measure your weight and measurements.  

We offer several medications to aid in your weight loss journey. After we establish that you are a candidate for medical weight loss, we have several options to choose from. Our subscription includes medications, supplies if needed, all follow up appointments, labs, nutrition and exercise counseling and shipping right to your door. 

We offer a functional evaluation of your current health status, identifying root causes of weight gain, a slow metabolism, difficulty losing weight among other health challenges. Our one month program gives you an opportunity to try our weight loss plans beginning with blood analysis, a 60 minute consultation, nutritional counseling and enrollment in our daily health education program. We provide a month supply of medication and provider support throughout the month.  

This weight loss package includes initial consultation, lab work, physical exam (local patients) with baseline measurements, enrollment in our nutritional education program along with patient portal access, 3 month supply of your medications delivered right to your door, supplies and shipping costs included.  We have several available packages depending on the medications chosen.
